On Sunday, March 24th, 2002, the Beverly Hills Hotel will be the location for the arrival of 200 Academy stars who will again attend the hottest celebrity Oscar party in town with even bigger names than last year -- "The Night of 100 Stars Black Tie Oscar Dinner Gala."

Norby Walters, well-known super-agent, reprises his role as Producer and Dinner Chairman. Future Media Productions, a world-class DVD/CD replicator, and their president, Alex Sandel, will underwrite the evening.

This formal sit-down dinner viewing party will include past Oscar winners and nominees who will support Martin Scorsese's The Film Foundation. The media has always rated this event as one of the top three parties.

The Daily News rated this party as "... the number one Oscar party, just for the number of celebrites attending ..."

Established in 1990, The Film Foundation has been committed to fostering greater awareness of the urgent need to preserve our motion picture history. The Foundation's mission is to encourage cooperation between film archives and the studios, and to ensure reliable preservation practices. Funds raised by the foundation go directly to the seven major film archives. Board members also include Woody Allen, Francis Ford Coppola, Clint Eastwood, Robert Altman, George Lucas, Sydney Pollack, Robert Redford and Steven Spielberg.
