Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. & Gaylord Sports Management today announced that professional golfer Phil Mickelson has agreed to a multi-year endorsement contract. Mr. Mickelson will appear in Schwab television and print advertisements, as well as provide personal appearances at select PGA TOUR events and Charles Schwab client events.

Recently earning his 20th PGA Tour victory at the 2002 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, Mr. Mickelson now joins the ranks of 33 others with lifetime exemptions on the PGA Tour. At the end of the 2001 season, Mr. Mickelson was ranked 2nd in the world and posted 10 top-three finishes, including victories at the Buick Invitational and the Canon Greater Hartford Open. Mr. Mickelson is a four-time Ryder Cup team member ('01, '99, '97, '95) and four-time U.S. President's Cup team member ('00, '98, '96, '94).
